Delegates, welcome to BMUN! 

My name is Justin Flesher, I am a junior majoring in Data Science at Berkeley. I grew up in Atlanta, Georgia where I was able to gain a working knowledge of and deep respect for Model UN. Later, I had the opportunity to graduate early from high school and participate in a year-long exchange through the State Department to Germany during what would have been my senior year. There I had the wonderful experience of learning German and I gained a deeper understanding of politics, international affairs, and international business. In my free time I love to explore the Bay Area, try out new coffee shops, play soccer, and go hiking! 

Overall, I hope to share the same excitement I have for international political and economic issues with you all this year in BMUN. Along with other members of my dais, I am very excited to join delegates in debating and crafting resolutions this year.

  Hello Delegates! Welcome to Berkeley Venture Capital (BVC)! I hope y'all are HYPED for BMUN LXX. This year our topic is Innovation Through Crisis: Furthering and Sustaining Environmentalism . Topic Summary: Unlike usual environmental topics, delegates must consider our emergence to a post-pandemic society. Within the past 2 years, the environment has experienced many changes.
